The EXERON platform, name, visual identity and platform materials, including its learning, practice, assessment and performance features, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
2. Institutional responsibility
Schools are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to upload, manage and distribute their learning content, assessment content and student information through EXERON.
3. Local requirements
Each School remains responsible for its own educational, examination, data-protection and other applicable requirements.
